21 Jul New Coaches Join Transcend
Huntsville, July 21, 2014 — Laura Huckabee-Jennings, founder of Transcend in Huntsville, Alabama, announced today that Transcend has expanded its services by adding three coaches to its team. “We are committed to growth and to delivering the best in leadership development programs. Adding these highly qualified people to our team will allow us to continue to build stronger leaders,” said Huckabee-Jennings. The company welcomes Linda DeLuca, Diane Dempster and Dana Gillis as Executive Coaches and Facilitators.
Linda DeLuca has provided coaching and consulting with leaders and managers in many industries for more than 25 years. Her primary focus is on helping leaders and teams develop their essential communication skills, providing them with influence and impact from the boardroom and beyond. DeLuca holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, the largest internationally recognized certifying body for coaches, and a Master Trainer for LIFO® Strengths Focused Performance Improvement Approach.
Diane Dempster is experienced in working with staff at all levels including executives, clinical and technical staff. She is an effective change agent, team leader, and trainer and brings an impactful combination of strategic, operational, and interpersonal capabilities. Dempster is also experienced at recruiting, managing and developing staff. Prior to becoming a coach, she had more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience in the Health Care Industry in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Product Development and Program Management.
Dana Gillis has deep experience in the federal and law enforcement communities. He has over 17 years of experience in the areas of Program Management, Business Process Re-Engineering and Leadership Development, and has served as the Director of Compliance for Athletic Programs at Alabama A&M University, and executive manager within the FBI. His managerial and leadership experience covers business process re-engineering, strategic change management and leadership development. Gillis has coached mid-level executives aspiring to be high level executives from banking, government agencies and other private companies. He holds a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management, from the Institute of Leadership and Management, United Kingdom.
